CHINA RES LAND (01109.HK): Appoints Mr. Zhang Xin as Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: On 4 September 2026, China Resources Land Limited (stock code: 01109) announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Xin as an executive director and a member of the executive committee, with effect from 4 September 2026, for a three-year term.

Mr. Zhang, aged 45, joined the Company in June 2011, was appointed Vice President in October 2024 and Chief Strategy Officer in November 2024, and is responsible for the Company's strategy, investment and operations, overseeing the strategy management department; he previously served as general manager of the Jinan company of the North China region, general manager of the strategy management department and general manager of the Company's Hong Kong company.
