SY HOLDINGS (06069.HK): Wang Zheng resigns as company secretary and authorised representative, Chan Yuen Ying appointed

NewTimeSpace News: On 4 September 2026, the board of directors of SY Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 06069) announced that Mr. Wang Zheng has tendered his resignation as the company secretary and as the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective 4 September 2026. Mr. Wang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board, and there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange.

The Board also announced the appointment of Ms. Chan Yuen Ying as company secretary and authorised representative, effective the same date. Ms. Chan is a fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries), and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
