H WORLD-S (01179.HK): Proposes offshore offering of RMB-denominated bonds outside the United States

NewTimeSpace News: On 4 September 2026, H World Group Limited (stock code: 01179) announced that it proposes to offer RMB-denominated bonds to non-US persons in offshore transactions outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended, subject to market conditions and other factors. The principal amount, interest rate, maturity and other terms of the bonds will be determined at the time of pricing of the bond offering.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the bond offering for general corporate purposes.
