NewTimeSpace News: On 2 September 2026, China Biotech Services Holdings Limited (stock code: 08037) announced that Pengbo (Hainan) Boron Neutron Capture Therapy Hospital (the "Hospital"), the Group's flagship boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) project, has entered into a framework cooperation agreement with Oncare Cancer Centre ("Oncare"), a member of the Tianma Medical Group, a Hong Kong comprehensive oncology specialist institution, to establish cross-border oncology cooperation under an "overseas assessment, domestic treatment, overseas follow-up" model, covering BNCT clinical services, two-way referral, joint multi-disciplinary team (MDT) consultations and post-treatment follow-up.

Under the cooperation agreement, patients meeting the indications may be referred in both directions: Oncare is responsible for compliant overseas education and notification, patient initial screening and assessment, cross-border referral coordination, entry and treatment guidance, and post-treatment overseas rehabilitation and follow-up management, while the Hospital is responsible for BNCT clinical treatment during hospitalisation, inpatient management, medical quality and safety, and timely updates of treatment progress to Oncare; the parties will also conduct joint MDT consultations for screened patients. The framework agreement has a term of one year from signing and may be renewed upon negotiation, with specific implementation arrangements to be set out in separate implementation agreements. Oncare is a Hong Kong comprehensive oncology specialist institution providing full-spectrum cancer care services including radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and in-clinic chemotherapy, and is a member of Tianma Medical Group, whose network covers Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

The Hospital is the Group's flagship project in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Hainan, China, which entered trial operation in February 2026, began treating patients in March 2026 and has completed dozens of treatments to date, with approved indications mainly covering head and neck tumours and plans to expand to other solid tumours; according to the announcement dated 3 August 2026, based on three-month post-treatment follow-up, the overall response rate of the first 10 head and neck cancer patients treated with BNCT at the Hospital reached 80%. The Company stated that this cooperation will expand the overseas patient sources for the Hospital's BNCT services by leveraging the pioneering medical policies of the Boao Lecheng pilot zone and Oncare's screening, referral and follow-up capabilities, establishing a closed-loop cross-border service and enabling the Group to expand from the Chinese market to the Asian market.
