SC HOLDINGS (00413.HK): Winding-up hearing on subsidiary, one petition adjourned to 16 September, one withdrawn

NewTimeSpace News: On 2 September 2026, South China Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 00413) issued an inside information announcement regarding the winding-up petitions against its subsidiary Huasheng Toys. The High Court heard the petitions on the same day, which were previously disclosed in the Company's announcements dated 7 July 2026 and 4 August 2026 (supplemental), involving petitions filed by two creditors seeking orders to wind up Huasheng Toys.

At the hearing on 2 September 2026, the court ordered (i) that the hearing of the first petition be adjourned to 16 September 2026; and (ii) that the second petition be withdrawn pursuant to a summons filed by the petitioner of the second petition on 25 August 2026.

The Company will publish further announcements in due course in accordance with the Listing Rules regarding any material developments in respect of the first petition, to keep its shareholders and potential investors informed.
