On 2 September 2026, LAI SI ENT (02266.HK) announced a construction master agreement with connected party Hoi Tat Property for a Macau residential project (2026-2028, annual cap of MOP 9.0 million).

NewTimeSpace News: On 2 September 2026, Lai Si Enterprise Holding Limited (stock code: 02266) announced that it entered into a master agreement with Hoi Tat Property, providing for works (covering foundation works, fitting-out, and electrical and mechanical and plumbing works) for a residential project in Macau, to be carried out mainly by any subsidiary of the Company, for the period from 2 September 2026 to 31 December 2028.

According to the announcement, The annual caps for the transactions are MOP 9.0 million each for 2026 (remaining four months), 2027 and 2028.
