BONNY HLDG (01906.HK): Changes Joint Company Secretary; Granted Three-Year Waiver

NewTimeSpace News: On 2 September 2026, Bonny International Holding Limited (stock code: 01906) announced that Mr. Zhao Hui has resigned as joint company secretary to devote more time to the Group's operations and management in his capacity as executive director, and Ms. Yu Xiaoyan has been appointed as joint company secretary to succeed him, both with effect from the date of this announcement; Mr. Zhao will remain an executive director.

According to the announcement, Ms. Yu, aged 39, holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Zhejiang University and a Chinese intermediate accountant qualification, and has served as head of the general manager's office since joining the Group in June 2019. As Ms. Yu does not possess the qualifications required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, the Stock Exchange has granted a waiver from strict compliance for three years from her appointment, subject to Ms. Yu being assisted by the incumbent joint company secretary Mr. Yip Ngai Hang throughout the waiver period, and the waiver being revocable upon a serious breach of the Listing Rules.
