REPT BATTERO (00666.HK): CSRC accepts H-share full circulation filing, 676.17 million unlisted shares to be converted

On 1 September 2026, REPT BATTERO (00666.HK) announced that the CSRC has accepted its filing application for the proposed H-share full circulation, under which 676,172,244 domestic unlisted shares held by shareholders (approximately 48.21% of the domestic unlisted shares) will be converted into H shares for listing on the Stock Exchange; the implementation plan has not yet been finalised.

NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00666) announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) had accepted on the same day the filing application submitted by the Company on behalf of certain shareholders regarding the proposed implementation of H-share full circulation.

According to the relevant application documents, the Company applied to convert 676,172,244 domestic unlisted shares held by such shareholders (approximately 48.21% of the domestic unlisted shares in the Company's total share capital) into H shares for listing on the Stock Exchange.

As of the date of this announcement, the details of the implementation plan for the conversion and listing have not been finally determined, and the Company has not yet completed the CSRC filing procedures; the conversion and listing is also subject to other relevant procedures required by the CSRC, the Stock Exchange and other relevant domestic and overseas regulatory authorities. The Company will make further announcements on the progress in accordance with the inside information provisions, the Listing Rules and/or other applicable laws and regulations.
