NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, the board of directors of Bamboos Health Care Holdings Limited (stock code: 02293) announced that Ms. Sun Yudi has tendered her resignation as the company secretary and as the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective 1 September 2026. Ms. Sun has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and is not aware of any matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the holders of the Company's securities.

The Board also announced the appointment of Mr. Li Kuangmin as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company, effective 1 September 2026. Mr. Li, aged 39, has over 14 years of experience in the legal field, is a qualified legal professional in Hong Kong, and has over a decade of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial work and compliance, with the requisite qualifications and experience under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. Mr. Li holds the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, an LL.M. (with Distinction) from the University of Bristol and a BBA in Information Systems Management and Organisational Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2014 and is currently a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
