KELFRED (01134.HK): Appoints Hu Yinghao as company secretary and authorised representative

NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, KELFRED (01134.HK) announced the resignation of Cai Junwei as company secretary and authorised representative and the appointment of Hu Yinghao to succeed him, both effective the same date. Hu will serve alongside the existing authorised representative Guo Junhui.

NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, Kelfred Holdings Limited (stock code: 01134) announced that Mr. Cai Junwei has tendered his resignation as company secretary and authorised representative of the Company, effective the same date. Mr. Cai confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and the Stock Exchange.

The Board also announced the appointment of Mr. Hu Yinghao as company secretary and authorised representative, effective the same date. Mr. Hu will serve as authorised representative together with the existing authorised representative, Mr. Guo Junhui.

Mr. Hu has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, company secretarial and auditing. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong in December 2009, majoring in accounting and finance, and became a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in September 2013. Since December 2018, he has served as chief financial officer, company secretary and authorised representative of GHW International (stock code: 09933).
