NewTimeSpace News: On August 31, 2026, Tongdao Liepin Group (stock code: 06100) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Tongdao Elite (Tianjin) Information Technology Co., Ltd. subscribed on the same day for the Tianlibao structured deposit product (TLBB202667119) with Bank of Hangzhou, with a principal amount of RMB 100.0 million.
According to the announcement, the subscription has a tenor of 27 days (September 3 to September 30, 2026), with principal and minimum yield protection, a low product risk rating and expected annualized yields of 0.45%/2.05%/2.25%. The product's investment scope is linked to the EUR/USD exchange rate, and the Group has no right to early termination or redemption. The subscription is funded by the redemption proceeds of structured deposit products with Bank of Hangzhou and Xiamen International Bank as described in the Company's announcement dated July 31, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, the aggregate outstanding principal of the previous subscriptions amounted to RMB 87.0 million.
Under the Listing Rules, the highest applicable percentage ratio of the subscription, together with the outstanding principal of the previous subscriptions, exceeds 5% but is below 25%, so the subscription constitutes a discloseable transaction subject to the notification and announcement requirements but exempt from the shareholders' approval requirement. The Board considered that the reasonable and effective use of temporarily idle funds will enhance the Company's fund returns, consistent with its core objectives of ensuring capital safety and liquidity, and that the subscription is on normal commercial terms, fair and reasonable, and in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
