CH CASTSON 81 (00810.HK): Extends MOU Period for Potential Investment by Four Months to 31 December 2026

NewTimeSpace News: On 31 August 2026, China Castson 81 Finance Company Limited (stock code: 00810) issued a voluntary announcement that the Company had entered into a supplemental memorandum of understanding (MOU) in respect of a potential investment in a target company, extending the MOU period by four months to 31 December 2026.

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 1 September 2025 and 9 June 2026 in relation to the potential acquisition of equity interests in the target company. As disclosed in those announcements, the Group will conduct due diligence on the target company and negotiate the terms of the potential investment, with a view to entering into a formal agreement within twelve months from the date of the MOU.

As additional time is required for the due diligence and the negotiation of the terms of the potential investment, the parties entered into a supplemental MOU on 31 August 2026, extending the MOU period by four months to 31 December 2026. Save as disclosed above, all other terms of the MOU and the supplemental MOU remain unchanged.

The announcement noted that, as of the date of the announcement, the terms and conditions of the potential investment are still under negotiation and no definitive agreement or other legally binding agreement has been entered into, and the Company will make further announcement(s) in respect of the potential investment in accordance with the Listing Rules in due course.
