LANDSEA MGMT (00106.HK): Delays Publication of 2026 Interim Results, Trading Remains Suspended
NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, Landsea Green Management Limited (stock code: 00106) announced that, as the 2025 interim results, 2025 annual results and related reports have not yet been published or despatched, the Company expects that it will be unable to publish its 2026 interim results on or before 31 August 2026 or despatch its interim report on or before 30 September 2026, and that the delay constitutes a breach of the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules.
According to the announcement, during the period from May to July 2026, the Group recorded aggregate contracted sales (including entrusted management projects) of RMB 1.591 billion. The Group's financial reporting has been delayed due to the departure of key employees, particularly those in the financial reporting unit, and the continued downturn in China's real estate industry has further weakened the Group's financial position, hampering its ability to attract suitable staff. The Group will continue its recruitment efforts and review of business operations, and is in discussions with various parties to formulate a viable resumption plan addressing the resumption guidance.
At the Company's request, trading in its shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 a.m. on 1 September 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice. The Company will announce the expected publication or despatch dates of the relevant results and reports in due course.
