NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, ABC (01288.HK) announced the completion of the issuance of its 2026 Tier 2 Capital Bonds (Tranche 2) (Bond Connect) with an issue size of RMB 50 billion, comprising 10-year fixed-rate bonds with a coupon rate of 1.87% and a conditional issuer's redemption right at the end of year 5, with the proceeds to replenish Tier 2 capital.

According to the announcement, the bonds were book-built on 26 August 2026 and fully issued on 28 August 2026. The bonds are 10-year fixed-rate bonds with an issue size of RMB 50 billion and a coupon rate of 1.87%, with a conditional issuer's redemption right at the end of year 5.
