BUSYMING (01768.HK): Plans Full Circulation of H Shares, Approximately 0.71% Domestic Shares Held by Director Wang Yutong to Be Converted into H Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, Busy Ming Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01768) issued an inside information announcement stating that the Company had submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to convert 1,536,088 domestic unlisted shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each into H shares of the Company (the full circulation of H shares).

According to the announcement, the domestic shares are held by Mr. Wang Yutong, a director of the Company, representing approximately 0.71% of the total issued share capital, and will be converted into H shares for listing and trading on the Main Board upon obtaining all relevant approvals, with no further shareholders' meeting required under the Company's articles of association.
