According to the announcement, the domestic shares are held by Mr. Wang Yutong, a director of the Company, representing approximately 0.71% of the total issued share capital, and will be converted into H shares for listing and trading on the Main Board upon obtaining all relevant approvals, with no further shareholders' meeting required under the Company's articles of association.
