NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, Duality Biotherapeutics, Inc. (stock code: 09606) announced that it entered into a collaboration and license agreement with Genentech, Inc., a member of the Roche Group, to develop next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) against certain oncology indications based on the Company's proprietary DUPAC platform. Under the agreement, the Company will lead discovery and early global clinical development of the collaboration programs, while Genentech will obtain an exclusive worldwide license to the resulting ADCs and assume sole responsibility for further clinical development and commercialisation after completion of Phase 1a development.

According to the announcement, the Company will receive an upfront payment of USD 45 million and is eligible for potential development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments exceeding USD 1.0 billion in aggregate across all collaboration programs, as well as tiered royalties on annual net sales of approved products. DUPAC is the Company's proprietary ADC payload platform covering multiple payloads including DUP5, DUP9 and DUP10, designed to overcome payload resistance.
