(stock code: 00460) voluntarily announced that, pursuant to the general buyback mandate granted by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 6 June 2025, the Company repurchased an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of the Company from the market on 27 August 2026 at an average price of HKD 0.8111 per share, with a total purchase price (excluding commissions and other expenses) of approximately HKD 8,111,000.

According to the announcement, the repurchased shares represent approximately 0.1096% of the total issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares) as of the date of the announcement, and will be held as treasury shares for subsequent sale or transfer. The Board believes that the repurchase is in the interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole, that the current share price does not fully reflect the intrinsic value of the Company, and that the buyback demonstrates the Group's confidence in future business development and safeguards the interests of all shareholders.

The announcement also disclosed that in the first half of 2026, the Group's operating fundamentals continued to improve, with revenue of RMB 1.161 billion, up 1.3% year on year, and net profit of RMB 212 million, up 221% year on year. The medical aesthetics business continued to grow steadily as the Group's largest core business, generating revenue of RMB 693 million in H1 2026, up 18.5% year on year, with cooperation with over 9,000 medical aesthetics institutions; the innovative drug business accelerated its commercialization, achieving significant revenue growth and a notable narrowing of losses. The Company cautioned that the buyback is subject to market conditions and is at the Board's sole discretion, with no guarantee as to the timing, number or price of the repurchase.
