Ms. Huang resigned as Vice President of the Company upon reaching retirement age, and the resignation took effect immediately upon delivery to the Board. Ms. Huang confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and no other matters to notify the Company's securities holders, creditors and/or the stock exchanges where the Company is listed.
After her departure, Ms. Huang will hold no further positions in the Company or its controlling subsidiaries, and has no outstanding public commitments (including increase-holding commitments).
