Shandong International Trust (01697.HK): Qualifications of Zhao Zikun as Executive Director and Chairman Approved

NewTimeSpace News: On August 26, 2026,Shandong International Trust(01697.HK) announced that it has recently received the official reply issued by Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision regarding Mr. Zhao Zikun’s qualifications as director and chairman of Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhao Zikun is approved to act as executive director and chairman of the Company effective 24 August 2026. Mr. Zhao has also been appointed chairman of the Board Strategy and Risk Management Committee, member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and authorised representative of the Company.

According to the announcement, due to work re‑adjustment, Mr. Yue Zengguang ceases to hold the positions of chairman, executive director, chairman of the Strategy and Risk Management Committee, member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and authorised representative upon the regulatory approval of Zhao Zikun’s appointment.
