NewTimeSpace News: On August 26, 2026,TANG PALACE (CHINA)(01181.HK) announced that with effect from 1 September 2026, Mr. Chen Zhixiong will be appointed Vice‑chairman of the Company and cease to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Chen confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board, and there are no matters in connection with his ceasing to act as Chief Executive Officer that require the attention of shareholders and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to the announcement, Mr. Huang Zhongyang is appointed Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026. Mr. Huang holds 2,990,000 shares of the Company (approximately 0.27% of total issued share capital) and will be responsible for the Group’s overall strategic planning, administration and operations.
