RUIYUAN ICTECH (08249.HK): Zheng Chengjie resigns as joint company secretary, Zou Jing appointed as authorized representative
NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, Zhejiang RuiYuan Intelligent Control Technology Company Limited (stock code: 08249) announced that Mr. Zheng Chengjie has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, due to other work arrangements, with effect from 26 August 2026. Mr. Zheng will continue to serve as the authorized representative for service of legal process on the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The announcement stated that, following Mr. Zheng's resignation, Ms. Zou Jing, the other joint company secretary of the Company, will continue to serve as the sole company secretary of the Company and has also been appointed as the authorized representative under the Listing Rules, with effect from 26 August 2026. The board further announced that Mr. Zheng has been appointed as the alternate to Ms. Zou as authorized representative under the Listing Rules, with effect from 26 August 2026. Mr. Zheng confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board and no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and the Stock Exchange.
