EXTREME VISION (06636.HK): Proposes H-share full circulation, filing application for conversion of 562,347 unlisted shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, Shandong Extreme Vision Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 06636) announced that, pursuant to the Business Guidelines for Application for "Full Circulation" of Unlisted Shares of H-share Companies issued by the CSRC, the board has considered and approved the proposed implementation of full circulation, and on the same day submitted a filing application to the CSRC in respect of the conversion of 562,347 domestic unlisted shares of the Company held by one of its shareholders into H shares, representing approximately 0.50% of the total issued shares of the Company as of the date of this announcement.

The announcement stated that, upon obtaining all relevant filings and/or approvals (including, without limitation, from the CSRC and the Stock Exchange) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, such unlisted shares will be converted into H shares, and the Company will apply to the Stock Exchange for the listing and trading of such H shares on the Main Board (the Conversion and Listing). Pursuant to the Company's articles of association, the Conversion and Listing do not require approval by way of a shareholders' meeting.

The Company reminded that, as of the date of this announcement, the details of the implementation plan for the Conversion and Listing have not been finalized, and the final number of unlisted shares to be converted and the completion of the Conversion and Listing are subject to the relevant procedures required by the CSRC, the Stock Exchange and other relevant regulatory authorities; the Company will make further announcements on the progress of the H-share full circulation and the Conversion and Listing in due course.
