ZHENRO PPT (06158.HK): Hearing of winding-up petition against subsidiary adjourned to 30 September

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, Zhenro Properties Group Limited (stock code: 06158) announced that, as disclosed in the previous announcements, the hearing of the winding-up petition against a subsidiary, originally scheduled for 26 August 2026 at the High Court of Hong Kong, was adjourned by the court to 10:30 a.m. on 30 September 2026.

The announcement stated that the Company is currently in negotiations with the Group's offshore creditors, including the petitioner. As announced on 20 August 2026, a term sheet setting out the proposed terms of an offshore restructuring plan to address its liquidity problems has been delivered to certain creditors of the Group, including the petitioner. The offshore restructuring plan and the scheme of arrangement remain subject to agreement with creditors and the satisfaction of certain preconditions (including, without limitation, approvals from the relevant authorities, the court and the shareholders of the Company); the term sheet may not be accepted by the selected creditors and the offshore restructuring plan may not proceed, and the Company will make further announcements on any material developments in respect of the petition in due course.
