The Company had previously published a voluntary announcement dated 24 July 2026 regarding unusual share price movements and an investor alert on its official website on 31 July 2026.

The announcement stated that none of the Suspected Activities is in any way associated with the Group, nor has any of them been conducted with the Group's knowledge, consent or authorization; the Group has not authorized any third party to use the Company's name, claim to represent the Company, or enter into, arrange, promote or solicit any share investment arrangements on behalf of the Company, and the Company has no involvement whatsoever in any of the Suspected Activities. The Company reminded investors to rely only on information published through the HKEX website or the Company's official website, and to verify any communications claiming association with the Company through the official contact channels published on the Company's website.

While the Company has not independently determined that the shares have been manipulated, and will not speculate on the reasons for market movements or the conduct of any third party, it has reported the Suspected Activities to the Hong Kong Police Force and has forwarded the relevant information to the relevant regulatory authorities. The board confirmed that the Group's business operations remain normal and stable, with business progressing in an orderly manner, and there are no other material matters requiring disclosure.
