SINOMAX GROUP(01418.HK): 2026 Interim Report - Profit Attributable to Shareholders stood at HKD 11.81 million, YoY decrease of 56.12%

NewTimeSpace News: August 25, 2026, SINOMAX GROUP(01418.HK) released its Interim Report for the period ended December 31, 2026, Total Revenue stood at HKD 2.58 billion, increased by 36.16% YoY; Net Profit stood at HKD 20.05 million, YoY decrease of 34.09%; Profit Attributable to Shareholders stood at HKD 11.81 million, YoY decrease of 56.12%; Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at HK cents 0.67.

In terms of profitability, SINOMAX GROUP Gross Profit changed from HKD 442.44 million in the same period last year to HKD 680.71 million in the current period, increased by HKD 238.27 million; gross profit margin changed from 23.38% in the same period last year to 26.42% in the current period, increased by 3.04 percentage points; net profit changed from HKD 30.42 million in the same period last year to HKD 20.05 million in the current period, decreased by HKD 10.37 million; net profit margin changed from 1.61% in the same period last year to 0.78% in the current period, decreased by 0.83 percentage points. 

In terms of earnings quality, SINOMAX GROUP Operating Profit changed from HKD 53.29 million in the same period last year to HKD 51.62 million in the current period, decreased by HKD 1.67 million; Operating Profit Margin changed from 2.82% in the same period last year to 2% in the current period, decreased by 0.81 percentage points. 

In terms of R&D investment focus, SINOMAX GROUP R&D Expenses changed from HKD 39.18 million in the same period last year to HKD 47.53 million in the current period, increased by HKD 8.35 million; R&D to Total Revenue Ratio changed from 2.07% in the same period last year to 1.84% in the current period, decreased by 0.23 percentage points.
