YIHAI INTL (01579.HK): Chan Yin Wa resigns as joint company secretary and authorized representative, Lai Hiu Ching appointed as successor

(stock code: 01579) announced that Ms. Chan Yin Wa has resigned as joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative for service of process and notices on the Company in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (process agent), with effect from 25 August 2026. Ms. Chan confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board and no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.

On the same day, Ms. Lai Hiu Ching was appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and process agent, with effect from 25 August 2026. The announcement stated that Ms. Lai serves as an assistant manager of Fangyuan Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, a professional service provider specializing in corporate services, with over 8 years of experience in the company secretarial field. She was admitted as a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) in 2020, and holds a bachelor's degree in social science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2014) and a master's degree in corporate governance from The Open University of Hong Kong (now Hong Kong Metropolitan University) (2019).
