(07666.HK) voluntarily announced that, pursuant to the results of the quarterly review of the Hang Seng Index Series as of 30 June 2026 announced by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited on 21 August 2026, the company has been selected and will be included as a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index, effective 7 September 2026.

As a comprehensive benchmark index for the Hong Kong market, the Hang Seng Composite Index covers listed companies ranking in the top 95% by cumulative market capitalisation on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, and is a widely applied benchmark for index funds, mutual funds and investment performance evaluation. Following inclusion as a Hang Seng Composite Index constituent, the company's H shares issued and listed on the Stock Exchange are expected to be eligible for trading under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. The board considers that the inclusion reflects the international capital market's high recognition of the company's investment value and growth prospects, and will help broaden the shareholder base, attract more long-term institutional investors, enhance the liquidity of trading in the shares, and lay a solid foundation for long-term development.
