LVGEM CHINA (00095.HK): Expects Interim Loss to Narrow to About RMB 600 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 August 2026, LVGEM CHINA (00095.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting an interim loss of approximately RMB 600 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, narrowing from a loss of approximately RMB 2 billion for the same period last year, mainly due to lower fair value losses on investment properties and lower impairment provisions.

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 August 2026, LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited (stock code: 00095) issued a profit warning, stating that based on a preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group expects to record a loss of approximately RMB 600 million for the period, compared with a loss of approximately RMB 2 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

The announcement disclosed that the decrease in loss was mainly attributable to a decrease in fair value losses on investment properties and lower impairment provisions for properties under development and properties held for sale.
