The average consideration per share was approximately HK$0.049, with the highest transaction price also at HK$0.049, representing a total consideration of around HK$495,000 based on the average price.
Wang Linbing is the husband of Ms. Chen Xiangling, a substantial shareholder of the Company, and the father of Mr. Wang Lei, an executive director. His shareholding has been further raised after this stake increase.
