CR MEDICAL (01515.HK): Appoints Yu Changjiu as Chief Financial Officer, Effective 20 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 August 2026, China Resources Medical Holdings Company Limited (01515.HK) announced that Mr. Yu Changjiu has been appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 20 August 2026. Mr. Yu, aged 46, currently serves as the Financial Controller of China Resources Health Group Co., Ltd., the intermediate controlling shareholder of the company.

From April 2018 to July 2026, Mr. Yu held various positions at the Financial Management Centre of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (whose shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 600062), including General Manager of the Business Financial Management Department, General Manager of the Financial Function Management Department, General Manager of the Financial Shared Service Centre, Deputy General Manager (acting) of the Financial Management Centre, and General Manager of the Financial Management Centre. From November 2018 to March 2020, he concurrently served as Deputy General Manager of Hunan Xiangzhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (now known as China Resources Double-Crane Xiangzhong Pharmaceutical (Hunan) Co., Ltd.). Mr. Yu has also held positions including Director of the Planning and Finance Department of Beijing Slian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Business Line Head / General Manager of the Financial Shared Service Centre of China Resources Double-Crane, and Financial Controller of Beijing Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Operation Co., Ltd. Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics and a Master's degree in Engineering from Beihang University, and holds the title of Senior Accountant. The board extends a warm welcome to Mr. Yu on his new appointment.
