NewTimeSpace News: On 19 August 2026, Brockman Mining Limited (stock code: 00159) announced that Polaris Metals Pty Limited (Polaris) abandoned its joint venture interest in the Ophthalmia project with effect from 1 July 2026. The relevant joint venture agreement was originally entered into on 22 April 2021; from 1 July 2026, the Ophthalmia project interest is wholly held by the group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Brockman East Pty Limited. The Ophthalmia project had a book value of approximately AUD 1,128,000 (approximately HKD 6,101,000) as of 30 June 2026. The group will continue to advance the Marillana project.
