E-STATION GTECH (08475.HK): Listing Committee decides to cancel listing status, Company applies for review and trading remains suspended

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 August 2026, E-Station Green Technology Group Co., Limited (stock code: 08475) announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange on 7 August 2026 stating that, after considering the Company's resumption and listing status on 6 August 2026, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the Company's listing status under Rule 9.14A of the GEM Listing Rules, as the Company had failed to fulfill all resumption guidance and its shares had remained suspended. Unless the Company applies for a review, the last day of listing of the shares will be 21 August 2026, with the listing status cancelled from 9:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026.

According to the announcement, the Company's management has applied under Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules for the decision to be referred to the Listing Review Committee for review, and is seeking professional advice; the outcome of any review remains uncertain. The Company's shares have been suspended since 9 July 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice.
