3D MEDICINES (01244.HK): arbitration award against SELLAS Life Sciences fully received and executed, approximately HKD 7.98 million

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 August 2026, 3D Medicines Inc. (stock code: 01244) announced in a voluntary announcement that the arbitration award in the dispute with SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. has been fully executed, with the Company having received in full the related arbitration costs of HKD 7,983,004.42 payable by SELLAS.

According to the announcement, the sole arbitrator previously rendered a final award dismissing all of SELLAS's claims in full and ordered SELLAS to bear the related costs incurred by the Company in the arbitration. The arbitration only resolved the historical dispute between the parties and rendered a final and binding award, without affecting the validity and subsequent performance of the license agreement. To date, the global multi-center clinical trial (MRCT) of 3D189 has completed 78 events cumulatively, against a target endpoint of 80 events.
