NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, CHINA SOUTH AIR (01055.HK) released its key operating data for July 2026, with passenger capacity up 4.23% year on year, passenger traffic turnover up 5.25%, a passenger load factor of 85.20% (+0.82 p.p.), cargo capacity up 3.06% and a cargo and mail load factor of 49.79% (-1.09 p.p.); the Group introduced 8 aircraft and retired 7 in the month, operating 974 transport aircraft as of the end of July, and added the Fuzhou-Manila route (four flights per week).

The Group's passenger capacity input (measured by available seat kilometers) increased by 4.23% year on year, with domestic and international up 2.34% and 10.30% respectively and regional down 1.45%; passenger traffic turnover (measured by revenue passenger kilometers) increased by 5.25% year on year, with domestic and international up 4.40% and 8.18% respectively and regional down 3.22%; and the passenger load factor reached 85.20%, up 0.82 percentage points year on year, with domestic up 1.70 percentage points and regional and international down 1.48 and 1.61 percentage points respectively.

In cargo, cargo capacity input (measured by available tonne-kilometers - cargo and mail) increased by 3.06% year on year in July 2026; cargo and mail turnover (measured by revenue tonne-kilometers - cargo and mail) increased by 0.84%; and the cargo and mail load factor was 49.79%, down 1.09 percentage points year on year.

In terms of fleet and routes, in July 2026 the Group added a new major route of Fuzhou-Manila-Fuzhou (four flights per week), introduced 8 aircraft (including 2 A320NEO, 3 A321NEO, 2 B737-8 and 1 C919) and retired 7 aircraft (including 1 A319, 2 B787-8, 2 B737-700 and 2 B737-800). As of the end of July 2026, the Group operated a total of 974 transport aircraft. The announcement noted that the key operating data are based on the Group's internal statistics and may be subject to subsequent adjustments or differ from the data disclosed in the periodic reports for the relevant period.
