NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, RSUN PPT (01996.HK) announced that, as creditors require additional time to complete their internal accession procedures, the Company has exercised its discretion to extend the early RSA fee deadline from 14 August 2026 to 11 September 2026 and the base RSA fee deadline from 28 August 2026 to 25 September 2026 (both at 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time); existing debt holders who have not yet acceded may submit accession letters through the deal platform, and all other terms of the RSA remain unchanged.

According to the announcement, the early RSA fee deadline has been extended from 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 14 August 2026 to 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 11 September 2026, and the base RSA fee deadline has been extended from 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 28 August 2026 to 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 25 September 2026.
