DZUG (01635.HK): Debt Financing Instruments Registered with NAFMII at RMB 6.3 Billion
NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01635.HK) issued an overseas regulatory announcement, stating that the Company has received the Acceptance of Registration Notice (Zhongshi Xie Zhu (2026) PDFI33) from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), approving the registration of the Company's debt financing instruments with a registered amount of RMB 6.3 billion.
According to the announcement, the registered quota is valid for two years from the date of the notice, with Bank of Shanghai, Bank of Jiangsu, Bank of Beijing, Bank of China, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, China Minsheng Bank, Bank of Ningbo and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank acting as joint lead underwriters. Within the validity period of the registration, the Company may issue super short-term commercial paper, short-term commercial paper, medium-term notes and perpetual notes in tranches, and will disclose the issuance results through channels recognized by NAFMII after completion.
The Company's application to issue super short-term commercial paper and short-term commercial paper of no more than RMB 3.5 billion and medium-term notes of no more than RMB 3.5 billion was previously approved at the Company's 2024 annual general meeting held on 13 June 2025.
