INVESTECH HLDGS (01087.HK): Appoints Yu Qingrui as Executive Director
NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, InvesTech Holdings Limited (stock code: 01087.HK) announced that Mr. Yu Qingrui has been appointed as an executive director of the Company, with effect from 14 August 2026.
According to the announcement, Mr. Yu, aged 54, specializes in property investment and trading business in the People's Republic of China. After graduating from high school in 1989, he entered the shipping and trading business in China, and served as general manager of a shipping company before becoming a private investor in 2003. In 2011, he joined a marketing and management company in Shanghai as a property investment manager. Mr. Yu has served as an executive director of FW HOLDINGS (00572.HK) since September 2014, and as an executive director of SMART FISH (00139.HK) since June 2016.
Under the service contract, Mr. Yu has been appointed as executive director for a term from 14 August 2026 to 31 December 2027, unless terminated earlier by not less than three months' written notice. He is entitled to an annual salary of HKD 120,000, payable monthly, with the remuneration determined by the remuneration and benefits committee and the board with reference to his duties and responsibilities and prevailing market conditions. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Yu has no relationship with any director, senior management, substantial shareholder or controlling shareholder of the Company, holds no interests in the Company's shares, and has not held any directorship in other listed companies in the past three years.
