YUNNAN WATER (06839.HK): Changes in Composition of Compliance and Risk Control Committee

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, YUNNAN WATER (06839.HK) announced that Zhou Beihai and Mo Wenyi have stepped down from the Compliance and Risk Control Committee effective 11 August 2026, with the committee now comprising Zhong Wei (chairman), Zheng Guangfeng and Liao Chuanjiang.

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited (stock code: 06839) announced that independent non-executive director Mr. Zhou Beihai and former employee supervisor Mr. Mo Wenyi have ceased to be members of the Board's Compliance and Risk Control Committee, with effect from 11 August 2026.

Following the adjustment, the Committee now comprises Mr. Zhong Wei (chairman), Mr. Zheng Guangfeng and Mr. Liao Chuanjiang.
