NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, STAR CM (06698.HK) announced that all conditions precedent under the restructuring agreement have been satisfied and the restructuring agreement was completed on 12 August 2026; upon completion, Shanghai Xingkong Shuian has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, while Shanghai Binqiao is no longer an associate, with the restructuring involving a very substantial acquisition and a very substantial disposal, previously approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, STAR CM Holdings Limited (stock code: 06698.HK) announced that, following shareholders' approval of the restructuring agreement and all transactions contemplated thereunder at an extraordinary general meeting, all conditions precedent under the restructuring agreement have been satisfied, and the restructuring agreement was completed on 12 August 2026.

According to the announcement, upon completion, Shanghai Xingkong Shuian has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, while Shanghai Binqiao is no longer an associate of the Group.
