GF SEC (01776.HK): "22 GF 08" and "22 GF 09" Bonds to Pay Interest on 17 August 2026

(stock code: 01776.HK) issued an overseas regulatory announcement, stating that interest for the period from 16 August 2025 to 15 August 2026 on Sub-tranche 2 ("22 GF 08") and Sub-tranche 3 ("22 GF 09") of its 2022 publicly offered corporate bonds (Third Tranche) to professional investors will be paid on 17 August 2026, with the record date being 14 August 2026; the payment date has been postponed to the next trading day following 16 August 2026, which falls on a rest day.

According to the announcement, "22 GF 08" (code 148027) is a 5-year bond with an issue size of RMB 2.5 billion and a coupon rate of 3.12%, paying interest of RMB 31.20 per lot (face value of RMB 1,000), or RMB 24.96 after tax for individual investors and securities investment funds. "22 GF 09" (code 148028) is a 10-year bond with an issue size of RMB 1.2 billion and a coupon rate of 3.60%, paying interest of RMB 36.00 per lot, or RMB 28.80 after tax for individual investors and securities investment funds. Non-resident enterprises (including QFII and RQFII) receive the full interest without tax deduction.

Both bonds accrued interest from 16 August 2022 and were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 23 August 2022. They are unsecured bonds with an AAA rating for both the issuer and the bonds (assessed by China Chengxin Credit Rating), with maturity dates of 16 August 2027 and 16 August 2032 respectively; interest and principal payments are handled by the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
