ZHI SHENG GP (08370.HK): Wins contract from leading social media platform for data centre services of approximately 500 MW capacity

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, Zhi Sheng Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 08370) issued a voluntary announcement stating that the Group (through a company controlled by Mr. Lai Ningning, an executive director and substantial shareholder of the Company) received a notice of award from a leading social media platform company on 7 August 2026, in respect of providing data centre services with an aggregate processing capacity of approximately 500 MW at the data centre the Group will construct on the land, of which approximately 180 MW is expected to be delivered in batches from around May 2027, subject to finalisation of certain terms and conditions.

The announcement stated that the award represents the winning of a key customer for the Group's data centre business in China. The Group previously issued announcements on 14 February 2025, 24 February 2025 and 11 March 2025 regarding the acquisition of the land use right of a plot of land with an area of approximately 50,000 square metres in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, for the construction of its own data centre.

The Company will publish further announcement(s) in due course on any material progress in signing the formal agreement, and reminded shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities.
