NewTimeSpace News: On 12 August 2026, New Silkroad Holding Group Limited (stock code: 00472) announced that, based on the preliminary review of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group expects to record a decrease in net loss attributable to owners of the Company, amounting to between approximately HK13.9millionandHK13.9millionandHK17.0 million, compared with a net loss of approximately HK$ 41.7 million for the corresponding period in 2025.

The announcement stated that the decrease in loss is mainly attributable to a reduction in goodwill impairment losses. The impairment losses are non-cash items and are not expected to adversely affect the Group's operating cash flows or business operations.
