OSL GROUP (00863.HK): Wong Koon Man Appointed as Executive Director, Effective 12 August 2026
NewTimeSpace News: On 12 August 2026, OSL Group Limited (stock code: 00863) announced that Mr. Wong Koon Man has been appointed as an executive director, effective 12 August 2026.
Mr. Wong, aged 42, joined the Group in September 2024 as Chief Investment Officer and has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since November 2024. He has over 18 years of experience in capital markets, strategic investment and management consulting, having held senior positions at investment banks, technology companies and consulting firms including Morgan Stanley, Ant Group and Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Wong holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
The Company has entered into a service agreement with Mr. Wong for his appointment as executive director. The service agreement has no fixed term and may be terminated by either party giving not less than three months' written notice, and is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the Company's annual general meetings in accordance with the Company's articles of association and the Listing Rules. Although Mr. Wong receives no remuneration for serving as executive director, as CFO he is entitled to an annual salary of approximately HKD 2.8 million. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wong has interests in 470,000 award shares of the Company, granted under the Company's share award scheme adopted on 8 May 2025, subject to vesting conditions.
