CA CULTURAL (01566.HK): Completion Date of Subscription Agreement Extended to 14 August, Trading Remains Suspended
NewTimeSpace News: On 11 August 2026, Hua Xia Cultural Technology Group Limited (stock code: 01566) and Kyosei-Bank Co., Ltd. issued a joint announcement extending the completion date of the subscription agreement to on or before 14 August 2026.
According to the announcement, the subscription agreement was originally expected to complete on 11 August 2026; as the scheme administrator, the company and the investor required more time for actual settlement, remittance and administrative confirmation of funds through the banking system, the parties to the subscription agreement have agreed to extend the completion date to on or before 14 August 2026. The satisfaction of the resumption conditions and the publication of the announcement in respect of resumption of trading are expected to be implemented on the same day as the completion of the subscription agreement, and the company will make further announcements on the completion of the subscription agreement and the resumption of trading in due course.
The announcement also confirmed that the effective date for the change in board lot size from 100 new shares to 5,000 new shares per board lot remains unchanged and will take effect on 12 August 2026; save as disclosed above, all other terms and conditions of the subscription agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In respect of the continued suspension of trading, at the company's request, trading in the shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 21 November 2024 and will remain suspended pending further announcement.
