CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (01093.HK): Phase I Clinical Trial of SYS6063 for Relapsed and Refractory Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Initiated at First Study Site in China

NewTimeSpace News: On 11 August 2026, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (01093.HK) announced that the Phase I clinical trial of SYS6063 developed by the Group for relapsed and refractory systemic lupus erythematosus has officially commenced at the first study site in China.

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group stated that this candidate boasts advantages including high cell viability, absence of tumorigenic risks caused by genomic integration, and low incidence of adverse reactions such as CRS. It can reduce the costs associated with lentiviral vectors and ease patients’financial burden. The Group launched the Phase I clinical trial after obtaining the Clinical Trial Approval Notice from the National Medical Products Administration in June 2026, and subject recruitment and screening are now in active progress.
