According to the announcement, Mr. Zhou Mingzu is currently Managing Director and Executive Director of Kin Yip Holdings, a substantial shareholder of the Company. He previously served as Independent Non-executive Director of Hon Kwok Land Investment. He joined Hongkong Land in 1994 and acted as Executive Director of Hongkong Land from 2000 to 2022, overseeing its commercial property business.
