Beijing Enterprises Water Group (00371.HK): Wholly-owned Subsidiary Lanshan Yuntong Signs RMB99.10 Million Loan Agreement and Pledge Agreement

NewTimeSpace News: On 11 August 2026, Beijing Enterprises Water Group (00371.HK) announced that Lanshan Yuntong, its wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a loan agreement with Beijing Enterprises Group Finance. Pursuant to the agreement, Beijing Enterprises Group Finance agreed to provide Lanshan Yuntong with loan financing of RMB99.10 million principal for a term of 18 years.

According to the announcement, the loan proceeds will be used to refinance outstanding bank loans and settle project payments for the wastewater treatment quality improvement project and sludge project in Lanshan District, Rizhao City. All rights, interests and revenues generated from the BOT project of the Lanshan District Wastewater Treatment Plant are pledged as collateral for the loan.
