NewTimeSpace News: On 11 August 2026, Hong Kong Broadband Network (01310.HK) announced that Wu Yuyi has resigned as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective 11 August 2026. Jiang Ling'en has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect from the same date.
According to the announcement, Jiang Ling'en is Director–Company Secretary & Corporate Governance of the Company, a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics. She is also a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong, Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute.
