NewTimeSpace News: On 10 August 2026, China General Education Group (02175.HK) announced that Ms. Zhang Zhonghua has resigned as executive director and member of the Nomination Committee to concentrate on her role as Vice‑President of the college and its continuous development. Ms. Tian Yan has been appointed as executive director and member of the Nomination Committee with effect from the same date.

According to the announcement, Ms. Tian Yan is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. She has over 15 years of experience in business administration and general management. Her previous positions include Branch Manager of Jinshang Bank, General Manager of Operation Centre of a subsidiary, Operation Manager of Qudian Group, Vice‑President of Dasouche Group and CEO of Guotai Dasouche.
