Coolpad Group (02369.HK): Completion of Placing of 66 Million New Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 August 2026, Coolpad Group (02369.HK) announced that the conditions for the placing have been satisfied and the placing was completed on 10 August 2026. The placing agent placed a total of 66 million placing shares to no less than six placees at HK$0.53 per share. After deducting relevant expenses, the net proceeds amounted to approximately HK$33.98 million.

According to the announcement, upon completion of the placing, the issued share capital of the Company was enlarged from approximately 332 million shares to around 398 million shares. The shareholding percentage of controlling shareholder Chen Jiajun was diluted from 23.58% to 19.67%. The placees collectively hold 16.59%, and other public shareholders hold 63.74%.
